Snag and Gnocchi Grill

INGREDIENTS

6 Sausages of your Choice
500 Gr Gnocchi HERE.
Gnocchi Cheesy Cream Sauce HERE
Pinch Chilli Flakes
50 gr Bread Crumbs
OR
50 gr Grated Cheese of your Choice. Cheddar, Pecorino, Mozzarella, ETC

Cook Sausages in Fry Pan, Grill or BBQ.
Cut Sausages into bite size pieces either before or after they have been cooked.
Make the Gnocchi
Make the Gnocchi Cheesy Cream Sauce before cooking the Gnocchi.
Cook the Gnocchi and add it to the Sauce and combine well.
Add Sausages to Gnocchi and Sauce and combine well.
Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with Cheese or Bread Crumbs or combination of Cheese and Bread Crumbs and place under grill until top has browned.
