
INGREDIENTS
350 Gr Smoked Sausage, Sliced Into 20mm Lengths
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
3 Lg Russet Potatoes, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
1 Lg Onion, Sliced or Diced Finely
2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp Freshly-Ground Black Peppercorns
METHOD
1 Place oil in cast iron skillet; heat.
2 Add sliced smoked sausage and saute until browned; remove sausage from pan and place on paper toweling to drain.
3 Immediately add sliced potatoes and onions to skillet drippings and sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper.
4 Cook, stirring continually, until potatoes are cooked through and browned.
5 Serve.
