{"id":1021,"date":"2023-04-10T00:34:48","date_gmt":"2023-04-10T00:34:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/?page_id=1021"},"modified":"2023-04-10T00:34:48","modified_gmt":"2023-04-10T00:34:48","slug":"chicken-fettuccine-alfredo","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/index.php\/chicken-fettuccine-alfredo\/","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1022 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Chicken-Fettuccine-Alfredo-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Chicken-Fettuccine-Alfredo-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Chicken-Fettuccine-Alfredo-100x100.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n2 Lg Chicken Breast<br \/>\n500 gr Fettuccine Pasta<br \/>\n450 gr White Mushrooms Thickly Sliced<br \/>\n1 Sm Onion Finely Diced<br \/>\n3 Lg Cloves Garlic Minced or Crushed<br \/>\n800 ml Cream OR 800 ml half and half * {Half Milk, Half Cream}<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, OR {2 Tbsp Dry Parsley} finely chopped, plus more for garnish<br \/>\n1 Tsp Sea Salt or to taste, plus more for pasta water<br \/>\n1\/4 Tsp Black Pepper or to taste<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Olive Oil divided<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Butter<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Slice, Season and cook Chicken Breasts in 2 Tbsp Oil {about 5 Mins} and set aside.<br \/>\n2 Add 1Tbsp Butter and 1 Tbsp Oil to the pan.
