{"id":1529,"date":"2023-04-11T03:33:43","date_gmt":"2023-04-11T03:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/?page_id=1529"},"modified":"2023-04-11T03:33:43","modified_gmt":"2023-04-11T03:33:43","slug":"bread-and-butter-pudding","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/index.php\/bread-and-butter-pudding\/","title":{"rendered":"Bread and Butter Pudding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1530 size-thumbnail\" src=\"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bread-and-butter-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bread-and-butter-150x150.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/grub.fairgomate.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/bread-and-butter-100x100.jpeg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 150px) 100vw, 150px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5 Slices Crust-On White Bread<br \/>\n1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon<br \/>\n1\/4 Cup <del>Sugar<\/del> *** (Or Leave Out)<br \/>\n4 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine, More Or Less As Needed, At Room Temperature<br \/>\n1\/2 Cup Golden Raisins Or Sultanas *** (Or Leave Out)<br \/>\n2 Cups Milk<br \/>\n2 Eggs<br \/>\nLemon Zest<\/p>\n<p><strong>INSTRUCTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>For NON sweat leave out Sugar and Fruits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.\/180 C<br \/>\n2 Add cinnamon to sugar in cup and mix well.Set aside.<br \/>\n<strong>{Or sprinkle Cinnamon between layers with Lemon Zest and over the top of the last layer of bread}<\/strong>. <br \/>\n3 Generously spread one side of each piece of bread with butter or margarine.<br \/>\n4 Cutting diagonally, slice each in half.<br \/>\n5 Arrange triangle slices in pan, slightly overlapping, with butter-side up and cut edges facing the same direction, making a spiral.<br \/>\n6 As you add the bread, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins.<br \/>\n7 Put milk in small bowl, add eggs, and using whisk or fork, mix to blend well.
