(One Pan Recipe)<\/span><\/h1>\n

Ingredients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

110 Gr Softened Butter
\n40 Gr Coconut Oil (or any Oil)
\n160 Gr Sugar
\n2 Tbsp Vanilla Extract. (if you are using vanilla essence, made from
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 artificial flavoring add only 1 teaspoon)
\n3 Eggs
\n270 Gr All Purpose Flour
\n3 Tsp Baking Powder
\n120 Gr Unsweetened Full Fat Yogurt
\n60 Ml Milk
\n1\/2 Tsp Salt
\nFood Coloring<\/p>\n

Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Combine Butter, Oil, Sugar and Vanilla and beat together.
\nThen add egg one at a time.
\nAdd Yogurt and Milk and give a quick stir with rubber spatula.
\nThen add dry ingredients. (SIFTED) Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.
\nCombine folding in using a rubber spatula.<\/p>\n

Preheat oven to 180C<\/p>\n

Serperate mixture into even amounts (4 – 6) depending on how many
\ncolours you want and add the food colouring to each.<\/p>\n

Add each coloured batter to the cake tin one at a time and bang
\nthe cake tin on the bench after adding each coloured layer.<\/p>\n

Bake in one pan for one cake or two pans for 2 cakes (200mm pans).
\nCook for about 25 – 30 Minutes or until skewer comes out clean.<\/p>\n
