INGREDIENTS<\/p>\n

1 Kg Thick Sausages
\n1 Kg Potato
\n60 G Butter
\n1 Onion
\n1 Tbs Curry Powder
\n2 1\/2 Cups Liquid Stock
\n1 Tbs Cornflour
\n1 Tbs Water
\nGrated Cheese (To Sprinkle over the top)<\/p>\n

METHOD<\/p>\n

1 Boil potatoes in a saucepan until tender. Mash potatoes to desired taste.
\nOR Slice the Potatoes and then Boil them.
\n2 Preheat oven to 200C.
\n3 Prick sausages and place in saucepan with enough cold water to cover.
\n4 Bring to boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
\n5 Drain, cool and remove skins from the sausages.
\n6 Melt butter in a saucepan and fry onions and curry powder.
\n7 Stir until the onions are soft.
\n8 Add stock and bring to the boil while stirring.
\n9 Add sausages and simmer for 10 minutes.
\n10 Blend cornflour with the water and add to sausages, stirring until the mixture boils and thickens.
\n11 Place mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish, top with mashed or potato and grated cheese.<\/p>\n
