Mix the content well.<br \/>\n4 Add in the flour a bit at a time and mix it in as well until you have used up all the flour.<br \/>\n5 Work out dough to create a smooth dough.<br \/>\n6 Dust your working space with flour and cut your dough into 4. Use one piece at a time. Roll out to create the two first shape option.<br \/>\n7 Shape into Pillows or press down with a fork or pick from your dough for the third option, and press the dough on the fork to roll a gnocchi shape (see video).<br \/>\n8 Pick a shape and use up all the dough. The easiest is the pillow shape, the prettiest the elaborate roll over the fork shape<br \/>\n9 Keep water to boil with salt.<br \/>\n10 Once the water boils, drop your gnocchi into the boiling water. Fill up but don\u2019t overcrowd. So you will need to work in batches to cook all the gnocchi.<br \/>\n11 Wait until the Gnocchis are cooked. They will swim on the surface when ready.
