Just make sure the yolk is popped.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Cooking your own Chicken Meat for Yiros.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\"><strong><span style=\"background-color: #ffff00;\">\u00a0Enough for 9 or 10 Yiros\u00a0<\/span> <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Kg Chicken Thigh<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marinade<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Cup Greek Yogurt<br \/>\n1\/2 Lemon Juiced<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar<br \/>\n3 Cloves Garlic Crushed or Diced Finely<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Dried Marjoram Striped Cut Finely<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Dried Thyme Striped Cut Finely<br \/>\n1 Tsp Salt<br \/>\n1 Tsp Pepper<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Cumin<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Paprika<br \/>\n1 Onion (For making the stand)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tzatziki Sauce<\/strong><br \/>\n1 Large Cucumber, Shredded {Squeeze out juice}<br \/>\n2 Cups Greek Yogurt<br \/>\n1 Tbsp Garlic, Minced<br \/>\n\u00bc Cup Lemon Juice<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Fresh Dill, Finely Chopped<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley, Finely Chopped<br \/>\nSalt And Pepper To Taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 Add all Yogurt and Herbs to a bowl and combine to make a marinade.<br \/>\n2 Add Chicken to Marinade Bowl and mix well.<br \/>\n3 Refrigerate for 2 Hours.<br \/>\n4 Cut the Onion in half and poke a scour through it to make the stand. {Or make a purpose built stand}.<br \/>\n5 When Chicken is ready, stack it on the scour crossing each piece.<br \/>\n6 You are now ready to cook the Chicken, Either in a Weber or in an Oven<br \/>\n7 Preheat oven to 200\u00b0C.
